We accept VISA or Mastercard. Checks or
money orders may be sent with mail-in orders. We can offer C.O.D.
via UPS for an extra fee of $7. For C.O.D. orders, please call in
your order at 877-536-5344.

5% sales tax is applied to orders billed
to and/or shipped to Iowa addresses. Your local sales tax of 1-2%
or more will be added manually before credit card processing.

Yes. All of our product ordering pages
are protected with a SSL certificate. SSL certificates are used
to authenticate a site and ensure that a secure connection exists
between the user and the client. It also confirms the identity of
both the user and client. Customers should feel comfortable providing
their information online when they see a secure certificate.

Our web site tracks what products you place
into your "shopping cart" the same as you would in a real
store. You can add items to your "shopping cart" by simply
clicking the "Add One To Cart" or "Buy One Now"
buttons beside our product listings, under Product List, which is
near the top center of any page. The “Add One to Cart”
is a good selection if you intend to do more shopping. Choose the
“Buy One Now” selection when you are ordering only one
item or it’s the last item you desire as it takes you directly
to checkout.
If you do not want a product you have placed
into your shopping cart, click on the shopping cart button at the
top of the site and select the "Remove" button.
When you are ready to complete your purchase,
select the "Checkout" button near the top right of the
web site. This will connect you to our secure order processing area.

After the successful completion of an on-line
order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address
that you provided during checkout. Please make sure you wait until
you view the final order screen before closing your browser's window.
Closing your window prematurely may result in the failure of your
order. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact

To cancel an order after it has been submitted,
you must contact us immediately at (877) 536-5344. There isn’t
an on-line function for canceling.

a message, we will return your call as soon as possible. Customer
service is important to us.
To order by mail, send ordering information
with check or money order to Canary Connect Publications, 605 Holiday
Road, Coralville, Iowa 52241-1016.
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after placement of order. We use the following shipping methods:
- Economy/U.S. Media Mail rate (Allow 10 days to 3 weeks for delivery)
- Priority U.S. Mail (Allow 2-5 days for delivery)
- Express U.S. Mail (Allow 1-2 days for delivery but must be home to sign for delivery)
- UPS Ground (Allow 3-7 business days)
- UPS 2nd day (Allow 2 business days)
NOTICE that the library rate listed as a shipping rate is only available to U.S. Libraries. If others choose this rate you will be charge the Media Mail rate.
Canada/Other Country Shipping Rates: There are two options listed and the price is calculated for ONLY one (1) cookbook to Canada addresses. For multiple copies, please contact us for a quote. Also, for shipping rates for other countries and other books/products to Canada, please contact us for a quote. The shipping charges do not include brokerage and custom charges. This is the responsibility of the customer when receiving the shipment.
Allow extra shipping days during holidays.
If you are sending a gift or need an order by a certain date, be sure to ask if the shipping option you select will get the books there on time.
Please note that UPS is not available to P.O. Boxes and Rural Route addresses.

Within 30 days of the receipt of your order,
merchandise may be returned for a refund, replacement, or exchange
for the these reasons:
- The item was damaged during shipping. We
replace the item free of charge. (Occasionally the spiral is slightly
bent during shipping. This is not considered damaged as it can
be bent back into place easily.)
- The item is defective. We replace the item
free of charge.
- The item you received is not what you ordered.
Please contact us to make arrangements to have the correct item
sent to you.
- You are not satisfied with your purchase.
The item must be returned in its original perfect condition (no
marks or torn and bent pages). There is a 5% restocking fee and
shipping is not refunded.
- Newsletters and autographed books are not
refundable.

If you request a refund, your refund will
be issued in the same payment form used in the original order. For
a check, your refund check will be issued and sent to the billing
address given on the original order. We require a 14-day waiting
period from deposit of your check before a refund check is issued.
For credit card orders, credit will be issued to the same credit
card account used in the original order. Please allow 2-4 weeks
for credit to appear on your account.

for a return material authorization number (RMA). Packages received
without a RMA will not be credited. There is a 5% restocking fee
and shipping is not refunded.
Package your book(s) securely
to avoid damage during shipping. Inside the package include the
RMA number and your name and address. Mail the book(s) to:

We reserve the right to reject the return
of merchandise for refund if the merchandise is not returned in
saleable condition due to use and/or inadequate packing.

Exchanges may be made within 30 days of
receipt of the order. To exchange an item, please contact our office
by phone (319) 338-3827 or email
to receive an exchange authorization number. For shipping purposes,
exchanges are treated as new orders so shipping charges will apply.
We accept payment by check, money order, and credit card if additional
charges apply.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged by calling (319) 338-3827
within 30 days of receipt of gift.
