About the
Authors
Sondra Lewis has a BS degree plus graduate studies in Family and Consumer Science. Prior to authoring cookbooks, she was an educator and an assistant manager in college food service. Sondra enjoys healthy cooking to maintain health and manage allergies. She lives with her husband in Coralville, IA.
Dorie Fink has taught elementary school and enjoys free-lance editing and speaking. Supporting family members with health challenges propelled her into the world of food preparation and nutrition. She lives with her husband and their two sons in Eau Claire, WI.
Sondra and Dorie share a love of cooking, gardening, learning and educating. They also enjoy sharing recipes and produce from their local CSA’s and farmer’s markets. Between them, Sondra and Dorie have nearly 25 years of healthy cooking experience.
